I can’t find the part I’m looking for can you not help?

Yes we can still help. Just because we do not have the part on the website does not mean we are unable to source the product. Please email or call us with as much detail as possible and we will help you with your enquiry.

Do you ship for delivery next day?

All orders for stocked parts placed before 4pm will be shipped for next day delivery. If a Saturday delivery is required please choose the Saturday option.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes we do. Please email us your delivery address along with the parts you require and we will arrange a carriage quote to be sent over for you?

Are the stock levels on the website correct?

Yes. These are live stock levels.

Where in the country are you?

We are located in Preston, Lancashire. If you are local and we have the stock you are more than welcome to collect direct from us.

If you don’t have stock what are the delivery times?

These can vary depending on the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has stock generally we can get goods to you within a week of ordering

What couriers do you use?

We have many couriers at our disposal. We mainly use UK Mail and DPD. For the larger items, we use Tuffnells.

What warranty period do you offer on parts?

We offer the manufacturer’s warranty period, generally 12 months, some brands are however less than 12 months. If you need confirmation before buying contact us by phone or e-mail.

Can you offer bespoke door seals?

Yes we can. We would need either: you to send us your existing seal to enable us to get a copy made, or a small piece of the seal you require, together with accurate outside edge measurements of the seal (height and width). Any seal supplied would be based on these details and would be non-returnable if the copy is accurate.

I am not certain that a part that I am looking at on the website is the one that I need. Can you help to confirm if it is the correct part?

Yes, just contact us with the SKU number of the part you are looking at and the details of the equipment that it is a part of, and we will help you identify the correct part.

Am I able to return parts that are no longer required?

Yes. Please get in touch and we will do the relevant paperwork to get the parts collected and raise the credit. If the goods are ordered in error we request that the customer returns at their own expense.
